Privacy
What we do with your information
Short version: we use your details to reply to your inquiry and nothing else. We don’t track you, we don’t run analytics, and we never sell or share your information for marketing.
What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, and — if you choose to provide them — your phone number, the city the property is in, what kind of client you are, which service you’re interested in, your timeline, and whatever you tell us about the property.
Name, email and the property description are required. Everything else is optional, and the form works fine without it.
We don’t collect anything in the background. There are no cookies, no analytics, no advertising pixels, no session tracking, and no account system on this site.
How your message reaches us
The contact form is delivered by FormSubmit, a third-party form-forwarding service. When you press Send Request, the details above are transmitted to FormSubmit, which forwards them to our email inbox. That means your submission passes through FormSubmit’s systems on its way to us, and their handling of it is governed by their own privacy practices.
If you’d rather not use a third-party form, just call or text us at (805) 779-1499, or email showreadycoslo@gmail.com directly. It reaches the same place.
Fonts
Our typefaces are served by Google Fonts. Loading them means your browser makes a request to Google’s servers, which necessarily reveals your IP address to Google. We don’t receive or store anything from that request.
How we use it, and for how long
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, quote the work, and coordinate scheduling if you hire us. That’s it. We don’t add you to a newsletter, we don’t send marketing email, and we don’t sell, rent or trade your details to anyone.
Inquiries live in our email inbox and in our own project records for as long as we need them for the job and for ordinary business bookkeeping. If you’d like yours deleted sooner, ask and we’ll take care of it.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. California residents have these rights under the CCPA; we extend the same courtesy to everyone regardless of where you live. We have never sold personal information and have no plans to.

Children
This is a home-services business site and isn’t directed at children. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If we change how any of this works — a different form provider, say — we’ll update this page. Meaningful changes will be reflected in the date below.
